  • Does Kraken Charters offer free US shipping?
We're proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 shipping to the contiguous (lower 48) United States, as well as on all orders over $250 shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. For other orders and shipping speeds, charges will apply.
  • Which shipping carriers do you use?
At this time, we ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic orders and DHL and Canada Post for international orders. Detailed options will be outlined at checkout.
  • When will my order ship?
Thanks so much for placing an order with us! While the processing and shipping times will depend on the items that you have purchased, please note that we cannot guarantee the timeline that an order will ship.
The processing time for our products is 1-4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer experience team.
  • I selected an expedited shipping option, so why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Expedited shipping refers to the transit speed, not the processing time at our warehouse. The current processing time for orders is 1-4 business days (depending on what you ordered). Once an order has left our warehouse, the delivery speed will be based on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
  • What happens if my order is backordered?
We strive to ship all of our orders as fast as possible. If your order has an item that is not currently in stock, your entire order will ship when that item is back in stock. If you need part of your order more quickly, shoot us an email at KrakenCharters@yahoo.com and we'll let you know if there's a way to make this happen!
  • My order was marked as delivered, but it's not here! What do I do?
If your order was marked as delivered but is not at the desired location, we first suggest verifying the shipping address on your order. If the shipping address is correct, check all possible locations around your home, apartment, or office and see if someone else accepted the delivery.
Additionally, packages may be prematurely marked as delivered. We suggest waiting 3 business days for your package to arrive after the listed delivered date.
Please note that lost packages must be reported to KrakenCharters@yahoo.com within 30 days of the marked delivery date.
  • Why is my order coming in multiple/separate shipments?
We want you to get your items ASAP so we may send your items in multiple shipments. If your order is sent in multiple packages, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation for each one. Your order total will not be affected by this.

Note: Expedited services are not available for PO boxes. Please select Standard Shipping for delivery to PO Boxes and APO addresses.

Overnight and Two-Day Shipping orders placed Monday - Friday before 12:00 PM ET are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM and on weekends and holidays are processed the following business day. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please refer to the carrier's calendar for Holiday service schedule. We do not offer weekend delivery at this time.
